Salesmarketeer is a staffing agency that places business development personnel with IT and tech companies. They have a unique position in the market, as the company ensures that these employees generate leads and - much more importantly - follow up.

Why did the owner want to sell the company?

The owner was over the age limit of 60 and mainly wanted to slow down. Entrepreneurship is hard work and he wanted more time to do other things in his life as well.

What kind of activities did you do for this entrepreneur?

At one point, the future prospects of the business and the entrepreneur came up. Then we outlined roughly what it means to sell your business. The owner thought about it for a while and then we entered the sales process. We went from the very first conversation to the final closing, along with other advisors such as a lawyer and the accountant, handled all aspects of a sales process for the business owner.

Who is the final buyer and is it from outside your network?

The owner and his management team had a very good feeling about the informal investor along with the new CEO. This informal investor had sold his own staffing agency in the past and knew the type of business well.
